Similar to Lifeline, Kids Helpline is a 24/7 support network for kids, young adults, parents and schools. The service aims to help those struggling with a variety of issues. You can call at anytime. This service is aimed predominantly at young people aged 5-25.

Headspace

Headspace is an organisation specialising in youth mental health. Their eheadspace is a free online and telephone support and counselling service. This service is tailored to young adults.
